Now is the time for the body of Christ here at E.T. to stand together corporately for our church, for our city, for our state and for our nation. There is a spiritual battle raging for our nation and that battle is here in the midst of all of us. It's a battle of good vs. evil and if we continue to be complacent and allow someone else to fight in our stead or not at all, then we have done exactly what the enemy wants. He wants us to disengage. He wants to distract us. He wants to make us busy. He wants to separate us from our Father. The enemy knows our weakness and unfortunately that weakness is us. He loves our excuses! We need to step outside of ourselves and get back on track with what God wants to do in the midst of all of us. That can't happen unless we seek the face of God and that comes only through prayer.

This church needs you; we can't survive without you. We need to be declaring LIFE into this church. We were birthed on this city block over 40 years ago not for then but to prepare us for NOW. This church IS the beacon of light for this city, but it takes people getting past the excuses to harness the energy for what it takes to shine.
